Says so in the event notice, if a "new player" gets to level 10, Cassandra gives them a scroll.

Doesn't work Just tried F3. You get a 40% Dark Scroll when you advance.
Gaga only takes 40% blank scrolls...whatever those are o.o

i tried it several times. i never got a blank scroll always 40% scroll. i guess its fixed ...
