Yes, I can. I usually watch TV when I go to my Dad's. It's not until day 3 or 4 that I start having music withdraws. This is the second or third time she's gotten a virus on her computer: and she blames it on the computer. I don't want her touching my stuff. See: Marston's post.

Create a user account for her. Make a bunch of shortcuts that restart the computer with false error messages (Google it). Replace icons with typical desktop icons.

By default I think you can only interrupt this one using ctrl-alt-del.

That isn't the case when I manually run the scr file or when I let the computer start it. It also appears only on my primary screen. (I use two monitors; The other monitor is just black.)

Make every shortcut on your desktop redirect her to incest doujin. Set the homepage to a vulgar site, only make it work offline. Disable your internet connection. If she's not tech savvy, and I suspect she's not, she probably will be pulling her hair trying to figure out why the only web page that works is big brother's naughty site.
Or, if you don't want to be so vulgar, just set your homepage to one of those Rickroll sites that have a script running to make your browser windowed and dance across the screen. Every time she opens the browser, she'll have a hard time going to whatever site she wants.
