Mechs with Pirate Class? - Link - 2010-04-26

It sounds like a Tenvi rip-off to me. Lol. By the names of those skills, it looks like you can summon a machine and ride in it and use it as your main attack mode (like in Tenvi) and you can also use attacks while not using your robot (like in Tenvi).

Like this :

R Booster = Regular Booster
M Booster = Machine Booster
R Punch = Regular Punch
M Summon = Machine Summon

Even still, these are only assumptions. Only time will tell. =]


Like you saw in my Tenvi JP video, which is in the spoiler below, these skills sound a LOOOOOT like a class in Tenvi.

To me, it sounds like a Corsair. A job that will have so-so damage, but when they mount on their ship (mech) they'll get access to their strongest attacks. It seems like they have both short and long range attacks both with and without the mech. So their weapon is really a mystery... some skills sound like made for knucklers, but new n00b bullets were added to the data some extractions ago, and we got the laser gun skill...

Pirates are my favorite jobs, I don't find other jobs as fun as Buccaneers (yeah, low DPS, but lots of attacks, interesting to use, very tactical to be good, etc...) and Corsairs (I don't get what it is about them, maybe just randomly using Recoil and Wings, or the whole idea of guns, or the cute octopi, I just love them). This class actually sounds like it could rival them in gameplay. Do want.

Yeah, the amount of genius required to build a robot out of bullets when there are a ton of refined ores which would obviously be better for the job is astounding Rolleyes
