Admit it. He got you. Not visible means there ARE wings, only... NOT VISIBLE. As in so tiny they are inside its fur.
And no, the reasoning of "The invisible man doesn't exist, therefore, not visible things do not exist, therefore, Doduo has no wings" won't save you.

"No visible wings" is ambivalent; it means that one can't see any wings. It doesn't rule out the possibility of there being small wings, but it doesn't necessitate it either.
And in any case, the wings in that picture are visible.

Duduo has no wings, and it cannot fly. That picture is of artistic interpretation. you show me OFFICIAL Nintendo artwork of a Doduo with wings, then i will eat my words. otherwise, im going by what i know.
