Man, the one ironic thing I see regarding people wanting high level content is that Dragon Rider PQ (Level 100-200) had been mostly ignored by much of the community, especially when compared to what people know about the lower leveled content from months beforehand.
About those many different swords, you can see those swords in a KMST patch from about three months ago. Obviously only for testing purposes.

Most skills in the 9th and 10th Mastery require mastery books.

If there is no way to obtain non- cs Magic guard mastery books, you won't be able to survive any end game training area or boss with level 5 magic guard lol.

I don't see anyway to obtain them normally yet here either. Unless the extractions don't show skills/items/mastery books being rewarded quest wise, there is currently nothing that drops the books. There is currently also no Mastery book for Magic Guard, Critical Magic, or Spell Booster listed besides the cash shop ones.
