I don't think Nexon would even take a risk like that. They love money. Licensing fees aren't that expensive afaik and in comparison with the legal fees they'd have to put out in the event Universal did take issue with it, it's just not a risk worth taking.
edit: not to mention that they specifically said "transforming" in the ad for it.
