Yes, you will get pregnant. But, what you can do to stop this from happening is swallowing a bunch of bleach after. The bleach will kill all of the sperm, so you won't get pregnant. This works for vaginal penetration too, because when you swallow the bleach and pee it out, your urine will go through your fallopian tubes into your ovaries and then back out your urethra because it's all connected. The bleach from your urine will kill the sperm completely. Works with anal pregnancy as well.

And he tells me the human digestive system is no way connected to the uterus or ovaries or anything else relevant to the reproductive mechanisms; you're either doing it right or doing it wrong and swallowing to get pregnant is the latter.
