3.75 will be round up to 4.....u can't have 0.75 of a person
1.25 will be round down to 1

I think the number of Newties is preserved, only added Turkeys. Aside from killing your safe spots I don't see how it would prevent anyone from training, much less so at Skele if the same manner was applied.
