The transparent hat's the only good one to me, but even then, I always wear hats. And I don't go for overused NX, so the current stuff is eww to me.Still, permanent NX is win. Is this permanent, as in are the permanent NX here to stay or is this a form of event?

The items themselves are permanent.
The sale of those items is only present from (10.28.09 - 11.10.09) as it says.

Who'd bother to spend several thousand dollars in legal fees for what's at most a 10$ item?
When you sue a company it has to be for the damages they caused you - ie reimbursement. Punitive damages above/beyond replacement value is only awarded at the discretion of the court and only for points where they feel the crime was worthy of making an example of the company beyond just fixing the problem to encourage them not to do it again.
Even with my lawyers on retainer already if I brought them this case they'd tell me it's not worth their time.
Even going class action on this would be nearly pointless.

Transparent cap is all I really need, but the notion of perma NX is very nice. I'll hop on to MS to get the transparent hat now, but I think that's all that's worth getting. Possibly the glasses, but I'm still waiting for them to release transparent eye wear.
