White scrolls from an npc for 250-300 mill per. This would deflate everything, and is the best way to fix maple's economy.
Quests that actually give a huge amount of experience. Killing horntail should give more than 150 mill experience, lol.

I'd rather White scrolls were available from an NPC for 35k, like they were for the Event in KMS.

I don't remember any event like that, but I do know that CMS had a quest which gave 3 white scrolls for completing it, and though the quest was apparently high level it really got them out there. Then again CMS is always doing unbalanced things (Like making event monsters drop the 10% scrolls which work 100% of the time.)

Mostly I want new monsters that are level 120 or higher and can be trained on (not bosses).
Also, elemental weak bosses that are not on a spawn timer...

I wish there was no level limit for PQing and bossing. I hate being excluded in certain things because I'm too lazy to level. Yes, I know it's my fault for not being pro. I still hate it.

I'd like to see some sort of race-type event placed in there.
Normal Speed % does not count and no skills allowed.
Most likely, you'll be in a boat/mount or something, and it's pretty simple from there.
As for combos, how about:
Snipe+Crusher
-The DK gives the Marksman his Spear, so that he can launch it with inhuman force!

I choose:
-New PQs: PQs are fun to do with friends and easy leveling (sometimes). Even though I don't mind grinding, PQs are better. But I'm not a PQ hog.
-Alliance quest: Fun with all my friends!
-New leveling up items/event items: I'm assuming you mean like Maple Weapons, those're cool. I want more.
-New Stuff like Monster book: No more Hidden Street.
-New Bosses + Maps: Fun to explore, and who doesn't love bosses? Great for Shadowers who wanna max Assassinate? D:
-Nutty fun idea: Buddy PQ! Like guild and alliance PQ, with your buddies!
I didn't choose:
-New beginner skills: I'm not a permabeginner. I don't really care. Normal people (no offense) are beginners for 8/10 levels, it won't matter.
-New high level place: Maybe later, I'm not high leveled. However, this would go under "maybe" since it's fun to explore with Dark Sight one, and Time Temple looks godly. And it would come with a boss, hopefully.
-New mounts/equips for mounts: I'm fine with the cute loveable hogs we have now. <3 However, new pets is a must.
-Other: Nothing more to say.
I'm done. Oh, and I like more GOOD, FUN quests.

Take into account that Multi pet, Mount, Echo of hero, Legendary spirit, and Maker fall into beginner skills...
