You could lose the cape to get a better FS thats 5 Atk +, a 100 atk concerto, 8-9 atk PAC. I know that cape is worth tons of mesos/nx.

Personally, I'd go for a better shoe, but it'll be heartbreaking to lose that glorious 140% speed.

140% speed is next to useless for Corsairs. I have 107% and I train like I'm at 137%.
Edit: Oh wait you mean with Dash. Why no MoN? Easy 5 speed and 10 attack.
