Yeah I have a few discs, but none of them are for this specific computer (I'll have to download lots of crap). And I think I'm getting more RAM, 1 GB more.

Let me edit the solution in for you; I know the problem!
Klepto, you don't need to downgrade to XP or get more RAM.
This might sound weird, but don't upgrade your graphics card's driver.
Instead; check if you are able to rollback the driver.
If you cannot, go to:
http://www.omegadrivers.net/nvidia_vista32.php
And pick one of the mirrors to download then install it. This SHOULD fix everything.
I had the same graphics card [almost, mine is 6150LE] and Vista and 1GB of RAM.
Do you lag more in Orbis compared to Henesys?

Roll back made it worse. So I'll try that "Omega Driver", if that doesn't do anything I'm back to the other driver I had before.
THE OMEGA DRIVERS WORKED! I'm averaging a respectable 35 FPS in MS now =] THANK YOU SOAPY! Is there a way I can like, give you reputation points? ++

Are you running Aero with Vista? Aero takes a huge amount of RAM and stresses your GPU more.
