Not quite. I'd say catching your shadow is about the same difficulty whether you're running or not

Riddle #1) At night they come without being fetched, And by day they are lost without being stolen.

Riddle #2) I'm flat and thin. People like to talk to me But I can't talk back. Sometimes i'm striped. And sometimes i'm plain. I can also be colorfull.
