Wednesday June 23 at 10 pm PST is Thursday June 24 at 1 am EST. So for EST and CST, the patch is on Thursday, but for MST and PST, it's Wednesday.

Edit: They more than likely meant Tuesday June 23 instead of Wednesday... makes sense since they just now started doing patches Tuesday nights into Wednesday morning

Whoops, I didn't look too closely. Regardless, the patch is today for the West Coasters and tomorrow for the East Coasters.
