The EXP curve was never really much of a challenge, but only a testament of being able to handle the immense amount of time necessary to get through it.

Well, I don't recall ever hearing about other people being in charge of when people can train, level, and quit, so just leave them alone as they be. You don't lose anything, as they're in charge of their own characters, as you are with your own.
Ironically, I see similar arguments made in games in general when they decide to make it easier. Point is, whenever they make games easier, the people that already did those things usually have nothing to lose. They're not making you do those over again at the easier rate. They're just making it less time-consuming for others to do so, and this has been quite a trend in MS for a long-while, with the introduction of things such as NLC and Leafre. (In-terms of training spots, and the NLC potions.)

If you think the previous patch is boring, don't look to much into the next one. Sure the Boss raid PQ is a lot of fun, but the rest are all stuff you'll get bored after a weak. In example Temple of time, you cannot even get pass the first map without killing 999 of the monsters in the previous one, only high lvl ppl will be able to explore it. AS for Ellin PQ its only for lvl 45-55 excluding all the rest of MS comunity. At least in this patch, we could hunt maple weapons, get a complete maple set for a vsual effect, get the mouth leaf every 2 hours, trade cards for maple leaves, train due to the exp reduction. I, for one, am satisfied with the current patch.

qq more; all this patch gave us was that raging homosexual Lady Gaga, an excess in Maple Skandas, Maple chairs below each character's ass, and that annoying lightbulb that I've grown tired of turning off. The 2x events were great, but now that they're over, I took the time to reminisce over how boring this patch truly was. I don't see how Time Temple and Pink Bean fall in to the "boring" category. It's an entirely new training ground for "high lvl ppl" aka the majority of Maple Story.

Obviously, they're having problems right now, and they need time to fix it, 1 week, is not a long time, and somehow your little hearts will go on for one more week without the time temple(Which isn't as great for you as you may think, especially in the beginning), and what else, boss raid? It's not the fact that they pushed it back, it's the fact that they Announced it, rushing the announcement out the door on friday to let us know when the patch was, then tried to slyly change it and pretend like nothing happened. It's rather infuriating for them to flat out LIE like this.
