Pokemon but that seems to be every bodies first anime. Followed closely by Dragonball Z and Rounin Warriors. I loved watching those shows after getting home from school on Toonami.

My first anime was Sailor Moon way back in like 1994. A episode was being played at this store in a asian mall.

The first REAL anime I ever got to see was probably Cowboy Bebop.
I never watched pokemon. My parents wouldnt let me because they felt it went against their Christian beliefs (LOL) and me being the obedient young boy I was, I never watched it xD
First anime was probably Gundam Seed in dub. It was on a kids channel so I figured why not

What I meant by that was the first anime I seriously watched, rather than just coming across it while flipping channels and stopping there. But also see the "anime you hate" thread for my opinion on those.
