I'm definitly using this story for my current event tomorrow. I think its hilarious how that guy completely owned TIME magazine. A jobless 20 year old who made the ecchiest site ever being reported as the most influencial person in the world? Ohhhh the LuLzzz

Oh, you!
4chan as a whole is as hardcore/explicit as you can get. Even "worksafe" boards often get porn/full nudity posted on them. Ecchi is more for softcore or sexually perverted things.
