This is how it works

You have a HT pendant

You try to scroll it with the dragon stone

Game checks:

- If no stone has been used on it, process the request and allow the scroll to be used
- If a stone has been used on it, deny the request and do not allow the scroll to be used

As long as it's clean or it hasn't had a dragon stone on it (Used chaos for example), then you can use the stone. I don't see how that's hard to understand from the picture.

Ressurect solves most of the problems. Just kill the buyer, rez them, then get a pirate to reset rez.

This will be a major blow to the time it takes to kill HT though, as 5 mules are needed to summon the thing, Bishops and Time Leap are needed to continually rez the buyer to keep him/her in the map... I smell the inevitable inflation on the pendant prices. Though this might not be a problem with Karma scissors, as sellers can just sell them in FM using the Karma scissors and then there'd be no sense in bringing buyers to loot...
