I think I'm might go through with this. Max Slow Heal and level 5 Painful Rapture so I can be self-sustainable.

Don't max Painful Rapture, it's a horrible scaling skill, and level 1 fits the utility.
Dry Out is broken, so you don't get lowered MP costs on all skills, only on the skill you cancel into, so leave it at 1.
MGJ Cancel is really kinda preference, because you don't exactly need it, but whatever works for you.

Personally, I'd say that maxed Body Blow is a godsend in PvE, giving you around 60% stun, which is very helpful, especially on bosses.
Heavenly Combo also wrecks PvE, but it would be impossible to find the points for it with your build.
I also believe that for PvE, having that manual Counter, isn't really needed that much, since you won't be countering often.

That's all I can really say in terms of what to do with that. Monks are horribly SP tight.

Painful Rapture is just an SP dump, although, I'd imagine getting a higher level would save me a bit of time.
So Dry Out not working was confirmed? Thanks for the info.
I use MGJ cancel a lot.

Yeah, I wouldn't have SP for more DBB or Heavenly. Henry and I were talking about that in guild chat last night.
I often use manual Counter in dungeons. I love it.

Well here is me and Felix runnin through Verd. We're getting pretty good at these if I don't say so myself. There were still plenty of errors so I feel like we might actually be able to get it under 4 minutes if everything goes perfectly.

Yes, we WILL get under four minutes. Or die trying.

Our best time is currently 4:21.

Original General Dungeon Fighter Thread - Mark - 2010-11-06

Psh. You guys waste precious seconds looting everything.

Do you have it in you to ignore the drops?!

Original General Dungeon Fighter Thread - FelixTM - 2010-11-06

Real men get amazing times while looting the spoils.

These guys also beat us by like 20 seconds too.

An average run of Bwanga Camp on King's Road. Random music put in the background so you don't get bored.

Woo hoo! Second level 60 Witch!

Thanks a bunch to my sister witch for tearing up Verd day after day with me. Oh yeah, and our best Verd Kings duo time is now 4:13.

Well, I mad...

Felix gets a witch from 50-60 in the time I've gone from 58-59.

Original General Dungeon Fighter Thread - Holypie - 2010-11-08

In the time I've gone from level 55 9% to level 55 10%.

God damn Monk is so damn fun, but power leveling costed me over 20 tokens to go from 26 to 40 this past weekish. Also insanely strong for a guy with a clean weapon. Monk so gud, but no Body Blow making my token count cry.

Original General Dungeon Fighter Thread - Kersmack - 2010-11-13

Just got to 60 on my witch! I would post a SS but my laptop hasn't been able to do that for years.

Now I'm off to Vilmark/Relic tomorrow! good times will be had by all

Original General Dungeon Fighter Thread - Mark - 2010-11-13

Congrats on 60, brah.

These might be stupid questions, but. You get 3 of those token thingys per day, right? How exactly do you go about getting them? I remember something said about them stacking or something, what is that about?

MetaSeraphim Wrote:These might be stupid questions, but. You get 3 of those token thingys per day, right? How exactly do you go about getting them? I remember something said about them stacking or something, what is that about?

You get 3 tokens automatically per day assuming you've used up your 10 or 5 original tokens already. Those 3 are the first tokens taken away any time you die. So if you bought a 100 tokens from the cs, you'd end up with 103 every day. So long as you only die 3 times, and then wait til the next day, you'll always go back to 103. Guild level ups, certain events, and treasure chests may give you extras as well, but again, only those 3 particular tokens are regained, you can never automatically regain any others.
