If you snipe (I'm not sure about this, I've only heard) then the highest you need to worry about is touch damage, which is 3.7k or something like that.

If you don't agro them its 3.7k. If you agro them and they use a certain attack then it can go past 5k.

No too sure, but Leprauchans in CWK seem like a really good profit. They drop 800-1k mesos almost all the time. Which is a lot for a low leveled monster. I don't know how good the exp actually is, since I'm lvl 93 and I went there for a quest. Another option is always Sakura Cellions in Amoria.

If all you want is mesos, Leps are the best. If you want mesos and exp, I'd suggest you LMPQ ^_^

so this is my build thus far. I need advice to see which skill would benefit me most.
damage range is like 12xx - 25xx
Skills are as follows:
max SE
1 Hurricane
3 mastery
1 phoenix
1 DB
And i would need to use 3 points right now. Thanks in advance =)

you'll probably be abusing mob attacks there instead of hurricane like i do, so upping your min damage should help.

Where exactly? I think i'll most likely be away from my Bowmaster since pirates are coming, thus leaving the character solely for bossing and making money (and maybe skillbooks).
So while training I'm at newties. Does that still change your advice? I'll probably level about 2-3 more times before my 2x runs out. (i have both the upgrade books for mastery and hurricane, if that matters)

Hurricane would affect your Hurricane DPS by a larger degree, Mastery would help hurricane to a much smaller extent, but help all the rest of your skills.
2 BE 1 Hurricane maybe? That gives you 75% mastery, and a tad more Hurricane DPS. 9 BE is kinda in the middle of upgrading BE's damage, so it'd be kinda thoughtless to just leave it in the center.

I wouldn't do 2 BE 1 cane unless you time it correctly.
Example if you had 3 BE and 1 cane, then 5 BE and 2 cane would be bad.
5 BE is no improvment over 3 BE, so in that case it would be better to go
3 cane
then 3 BE, so you get the benefits of 2 more cane first.

The way i figure it, I'll do 1 hurricane and 2 be this level to get a major (ish) damage boost. then next level, add 1 more BE to keep it within the multiples of 3 and 2 to hurricane, which i really don't mind at the moment (i just hate seeing 600,600,700, 6000, 5000, etc).

Altough 75% 3 atk lvl 11 maybe better then its 4 atk lvl 12
1 more point in cane is probably better then 1 more watk for you. But that's just getting into the logistics of things.
