While I was reading Lucy's explaniation about the one magic I thought she'd end saying she needs a boyfriend to become stronger and think of Natsu, too bad it didn't happen. This chapter was as good as filler. The only good thing to know from it was that they all split to train on their own.

Poking fun at shonen manga. I like it.

On the other hand, thats going to put a large gap between team natsu and the other strong people who went and trained elsewhere.

I expect Luxus and Gajeel/Panther lily in particular to have made a lot more progress. Which, given that Luxus was already the strongest member currently in fairy tail, since gildartz has run off again (And grey reckoned that Luxus wouldn't even have been affected that badly by the time skip in the first place, I mean, he was the only one who was even able to really fight Hades last arc under his own power, that certainly says something, though I imagine gildartz would have done at least as well) should hopefully deal with the ridiculous power Ntasu still seems to have in being able to use Fire/Thunder dragon mode still.
