Ah, my mistake was using the word "alone". What I meant was that just adding that one item to his repertoire adds the aforementioned range. Whereas most people's belts (added on top of the rest of their gear) are more likely to show the numbers that his showed *without* all of the other equips.

Most people don't have over 400 atk from their weapons so it'll add a higher proportion of their range.
50k might still be more than most maplers will ever get though. Without perfect scrolled weapons that's probably 60-80% stats at least.

Extremely slowly working on my RA hat, so far the first two scrolls were regular 50% Chaos, used around 15 scrolls on the first slot (passing, then innocent scrolling if it added below 4 ATT) before I landed +5 ATT, a second (by accident, thought it was a 50% positive chaos) added +2 ATT and -3 LUK, and just used up my remaining 6 50% Chaos of Goodness (5 failed, last one passed) and this is how it looks now:

Very happy with it so far, I'm completely out of Positive Chaos scrolls and Clean Slates now though, so I can't touch it until NX scrolls return/Black Friday shop if that has decent scrolls. I just want to equip it

Yep, we've been killing Hard Magnus for quite awhile now... There was a gold box event (cash event) which also had tylent capes / shoes / belts in it too.. at a low rate of course.
