Got to level 61 before they took it out. Kaiser is fucking RIGGED.
Also, Kaiser does NOT play like Aran. You don't have to input the keys like Aran. You can just HOLD them while pressing attack. Or rather, you have to hold them. Makes charging the gauge so ridiculously easy >___>

He's talking about filling up the Morph Gauge. Some people, including myself, speculated that you had to do the commands in consecutive order to use the skill, but it ended up being far from.

I didn't get a teleport like usual, but I got some kind of popup for it at level 30. I assume if you walk there you can do the quest chain? I didn't try, though.
