Got a chance to use my GP10 runepage. That was some wicked sick munny. Even when I died mid-late game, I still generated 200 gold, enough to replace my Oracle's.
FYI, base GP10 on SR is 13. Masteries is 2. Runes is 5.3 approx. With a single GP10 item, you nearly double your GP10 rate.

Only playing one game today. FPS was around 10-20 the entire game and dropped to pretty much 0 whenever a champ entered my screen.

If your team can do more than 850 damage per second to him lategame then you should be able to. Hell, an AD carry with a Last Whisper, IE, Berserker's Greaves, PD, and a BT can do that by themselves.

Hi, I currently run all AD reds and AD quints (+15 AD) whenever I play AD carries. End result is that it helps with my last hitting and early game damage output. Same goes for certain top laners I use from time to time (unless its Tryndamere)

strongly recommend looking at rune pages for 1800+ ad carry mains
bruisers are debatable, the point of them is to pomegranate out early/mid game stats... so if they have high base damage skills, arpen could be better. or if they have reduction skills, especially % based.
but dude, idk where the hell you got this idea... ive run flat damage over arpen as an ad carry main for over a year.
