its a good point, but it happens anyways with the free champs. especially when you have (a) teammate(s) with < 200 normal wins, because (assuming they arent a smurf and/or havent bought much rp) they just dont have the champ pool and mechanical experience you can expect from 500++ normals... and they have a relatively high chance of randoming something they cant play anyways.
allowing all champs to be unlocked eliminates owned champion stacking, gives newer players an opportunity to just try all champs instead of needing to wait for certain free champs for 15 rotations (AND allows them to always be able to ask a teammate to swap, which can be HUGE because a lot of players dont diversify their competent roles/champs until way later), and adds a further degree of separation for skill (in that knowing how to play AS _____ in arams gives you as much advantage as knowing how to play AGAINST ____ in normals)
idk, i buy champs now based on how they do in arams over buying them cuz i want them. i have all the champs i want... all the ranged ad and select few others that all have a
feel or sci fi theme. i have anivia for aram. zyra. galio. my next will be jayce. oughta get naut some time. i know how to play against every champ in a team fight, and how to lane against probably 90-99%. i know how to build almost all of them, and primary damage sources for everyone (to build against them). but i dont really want to master new champs in serious games and sacrifice several semi-serious games for learning when i could instead have fun doing it in arams. but thats just me. if they were all free id be focusing on rune pages instead which is arguably more important now anyways since i have all the champs i want for normals.

Well a big drawback for all free champs in riot's eyes is money, so don't ever expect it to happen. Whenever there's free week champs I've never played, I take them into a custom game with a guide and play them so I can learn their mechanics, playstyle, etc. Helps a lot for SR and ARAM.
And if people really champ stack just for ARAM and only buy OP champs for it e.g. Lux, nidalee, leblanc, etc, that's just sad. I throw them in the same boat of people who rage hard in ARAM and are being super try hard. The other day there was a level 24 playing shaco (non-free week, but he didn't know how to play him still) and a GP with 600+ wins who kept raging at the kid for costing us the game. Funny thing is the GP wasn't even that good as he built tanky, but the wrong items. Built a thornmail when the enemy was 4 tanks, almost no AAers to capitalize on it, and they were AP. He just kept building armor and raged hardcore at the shaco for being bad (granted he was bad, built a PD then a deathcap and didn't really help at all, but it's ARAM)

4 man premade who kept picking on me because I wasn't part of their gang, then surrendered at 20 eventhough we have the advantage cause I'm a "pineappleing feeder" (3/4/3 on leblanc) then all report me once the game is done.

well like i said i do this but only cuz i love arams, want a change of pace and diversity, and i have all the champs i want already anyways... and the ones i tend to buy are mostly considered viable picks in normals so i can be trade fodder for mid/bot all day in draft too.
i try in aram, but i dont really tryhard. just like to see what kinda stuff roflstomps when everyones fed.
i dunno if a lot of other people champ stack, but im sure if a queue is introduced then the real tryhards would if allowed

It annoys me when those people brag they won though. It's like after a blind pick and you lose, the enemy team says stupid stuff like "GG EZ" or "TOO EASY" or whatever. It's blind, not ranked and I'm sure they would get stomped if they tried ranked.

I'm bad at this game... I'm just bad...
No matter which champion I pick, I feed almost every game. I get whined at, called names, yet I play with people who should have the same level of skill as me. I look at guides trying to get better, but nothing really helps. I watch videos, still doesn't help.
I guess I'm just gonna take a break from this game. It's stressful and getting whined at all the time isn't fun.

My favorite part about League in general is how everyone thinks a 1v1 duel is an accurate measure of skill. Just got out of a Dom game as Yorick and the Zyra I was abusing bot at the end was like "yorick s0 bad, couldn't cap me 1v1." It should be noted that I also didn't try; I just flooded the lane with my minions and let them push until she got backup once. Of course, the amusing part would be where Yorick would beat Zyra in a 1v1 duel and the fact that she built MR against me. I was so confused.

My friend, who is at about 1100 elo invited me to try out ranked. I gave in and went with him.
I'm never doing that again. I was actually the second best player in my team (my friend being the other one), and then people started blaming me because I told them it was my first time ranked. I never received so many insults in my whole life of playing this game, eventhough I apologised when making bad moves.

It does suck if you're the only one that goes positive in a loss. By that, I mean your teammates are like 0/10/0, 1/14/2, 3/20/4, etc.

Play premades, it's extremely easy to go posititve that way.
