We've been doing T5 for 3 weeks now. We're having trouble getting Asclepius down in time. We did it once or twice, but weren't fully prepared to properly recover from her crazy attack. It seems like the rest of the fight is pretty easy after snakes too Sad

Conflags and snakes are the hardest part of the fight, rest is very easy and mechanics aren't as difficult. Also the only other hard part of turn 5 is just the crazy dps check there is, so many times our group barely made it before the enrage timer goes off :/. Good luck! Turn 5 is just going to get easier with all this new content and gear thats out x)

There's a quest in Waking Sands that requires coil5 clear; what is it for? Just curious, it's not listed in patch notes.

How are you guys enjoying 2.1? cleared extreme garuda, but havent touched titan yet :o decided waiting til they fix fate spawn timers to do ct quests

I never saw it there before, but maybe that's because it's a non-unlocked quest and it only shows up because other quests are at him now.

I've only done CBM HM out of the new stuff, that and garuda EX though we didn't clear it because people had to leave. Garuda seems to be pretty easy, we made it pretty far with no prior knowledge in not a huge amount of time, and both tanks were pugged.

BLM got a pretty big ghost nerf, you can't chain fire I into the spellspeed bonus from blizz III after fire III anymore. Pretty butthurt about that.

Yeah, we cleared her last night too, was pretty fun but not very hard. Titan looks like it will be difficult, though, we went in once last night and there are a ton of new mechanics that are pretty hard to deal with. Gaol timers are pretty messed up, you need them to hide behind in order to not die from stomps but if you don't kill them right after they explode for 15K damage.

what do you do for end of snake phase; we are consistently getting past divebomb sets, easily, but we can't burn asclep in time even with 4 stacks because we have too much overgearing and are only able to build LB2, not 3. Surely there is a method to handle it with LB2? :X
The few times we've made it to twisters, we've made it to 3-4th sets, our best run we got to like 38% so in 3 more we would be basically in the clear...

Finally finished the extreme primals for the first time this week. Not looking forward to doing Titan (and maybe Ifrit) again every week, though.

Also, I think this is my first time chiming in in this thread. I'm on Midgardsormr in case anyone else here is too and wants to run something sometime.

we never have lb3 for that phase, our group just lb2 all of the snakes together and burn the big one. so our BLM basically solos the snakes while everyone burns the big one.
once you get past that part, rest of the fight is so easy Smile good luck!

Late last night we were consistently handling snake, final issue we are having is the dreads, I think we can clear tonight though.

Nope, not quite, but we think we know why, someone just had to go because early day tomorrow.

How do you guys handle stunning dreads? War then pally? Or just pally for his long stun? We got to twisters almost every try tonight easily.

WE WERE SO CLOSE! Twintania appears to heal as soon as she does the Enrage Aetherial Profusion. Like Floone said we had her down to 1.7%, but the only screenshot i could capture was this:

Wasn't the cleanest clear by any means, but we had 30 seconds leftover still and only 2-3 people were alive. Manawall may have saved the entire run, it gave me 2 extra hits when she was at like .2% hp, and one of the scathes crit while I was kiting with sprint, and nobody else was left up that wouldn't be 1shot, all squishies. With a bit more fine tuning we can get this on single pull farm, just today we went from consistent halfway through phase 4 to consistent phase 5 halfway+. Last week dreads were just not dying and this week they could barely even survive through stun.
