Hyper skills, too soon to say but at least they are pretty looking I guess. Still no new high levelled area or anything to use them at thoughÂ…
Angelic Buster looks better than that horrid NPC would lead you to believe. The art is nice.
They should rap all their future announcements.

well that hyper skill it is said at level 140..... but that mean there wont be 5th job

Anyway, I think 5th job is not coming to, at least not in Tempest, the only patch that have the chance for it to come would be the 6th patch, "Beginning of Evolution, Hyper Skills", but since they highlighted "Hyper Skills", I don't think 5th job would be included.
Really wish it would be some skills that you get through quests with unique storyline for each class (I can dream, cant I?).

Actually, this makes sense. Instead of 5th job, we may get Hyper skills instead. They could be an evolution of 4th job skills (or any job for that matter). They could allow you to take existing skills and over-level them. Obviously, we'll have to wait and see.

Well, on hindsight, 5th job at lv180 with 20levels will seem underwhelming. Not to mention with the current number of jobs existing at kms right now, making 5th job will take them a good amount of time. Which isn't something they have alot of if they been working on Nova.

Is the "Hyper Skills" from Aran. After all, Max translated the text underneath it to say: "The advent of overwhelming strength, great release of Hyper Energy!"
I could sorta see the polearm-ice-smash thing to be an "extension" / "overlevelling" of Combo Judgement, the Tiger to be upgraded Fenrir (but doesn't travel all the way across the screen?). However, I don't think the bird is like any other existing aran skill. So my bet is that they are completely new skills and not just extensions/upgrades/overlevelling.

The music of the trailer is incredible. Reminds me of something from Nier, or Yasunori Mitsuda, or Yuki Kajiwura. It's awesome. Really stands out and helps to give a feeling to being outside the Maple World.
So, is this Nova world a different dimension? Different planet?
I wonder how Magnus ended up following the Black Mage, seems like a guy that has his own agenda, which is cool. I already like him more than the Black Mage as a character.
