Either I am incredibly lucky specifically with this instance, or Forsaken Village is a goldmine. High spawn on Royal Chest, 2 FD plates, tons of wisp stones, and THREE GOLD BUNNIES, all in 15 runs. I've NEVER gotten a gold bunny outside of this instance.

That particular mod no longer works with the newer versions of the game, and the user who created it hasn't even been active on the mod site since November. It's shame since it was an incredibly valuable mod. Someone else who tried to pick up the project became inactive as well and never updated their mod. The site basically has died as far as mods go as most of it is now leechers instead of any creators at all. No helpful mods are created anymore.

Not to offtopic too much, but, another thing I really like about TERA is its enhancement system; it is purely based on items/materials you get from daily/weekly quests. So, quite literally, the longer you play, the stronger you are; it's impossible for a person that started a week ago to be 10x stronger than someone who started even just a month ago, much less a year.
I like that kind of system. No luck involved, just time and effort based, since it's also always 100% success.

Yes that is extreme luck. I tend to get good luck all at once or get bad luck all at once.

You gain the mats for enhancement via dungeons which work at a 100% rate. The higher enhancements would obviously require more mats. The difference is that the rich could become strong quicker which I don't see as that big of a problem if the difference in strength wasn't enormous.

Has there even been any tests on how the elemental procs work anyway? IIRC, they took out the apocalypse suffix now so you can't have dark attack applied to your skills or something?
