For now, the way I have it is the best possible interpretation since human interpretation causes too many errors. Ironically, they added the smart-cast to atk buff when it most likely won't be necessary. I'm confused? After reading some more data for other jobs... How come "epad" for Transform and Super Transform lists the cooldown time's for those skills?, unless Transform gives 380 attack, and Super Transform gives 200 which is plain illogical.
