ObjectDock, RocketDock, and RKLauncher are all common and popular dock programs; you can get icon packages from DeviantArt. I believe you'll have to "obtain" the full version of Objectdock it fully, though. I prefer ObjectDock over RocketDock (not really customizable enough) and RKLauncher (too slow), having used all three.
Also, I just realized; I believe the revival of this thread back in November can be accreditted to me.
