Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Mute - 2014-11-26 So, I just picked this game up, and tried my hands at doing some online mulitplayer (never played any iteration of this game prior to this version). Is it common, even after getting the patch, for the two games I tried to play to have connectivity issues? Super Smash Bros. Having connectivity issues could also be on your opponent's end, and not so much yours. Distance also plays a pretty big part in it. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Hypermug - 2014-11-26 Mute Wrote:On the note of distance, I'm in Japan.. =/ Seems kind of "meh." I'm no expert though. On my old internet, I had verizon fios, which was 20 or 25 mbps. I found majority of my matches lag-wise "okay" at best for the 3ds. That said, I played the Wii U game on my new internet (Cox, 50 mbps). The lag still seems to vary wildly. Still better than Brawl, thank goodness. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Justin - 2014-11-26 I have lower speeds than you but I can play everyone in the US just fine. Being in Japan is probably the largest factor there. You also most likely just got an opponent who has a crappy connection. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Dudewitbow - 2014-11-26 When it comes to Nintendo online canes, ping(distance measured in time it takes to send and receive info) as well as latency are much larger factors compared to dlul speeds. Tis one of the reasons why dolphin netplay lags less than Wii play. Measuring dlul rates while playing project m, it only uses like 20kbps ul tops, and similar dl. It's how clean the line is which affects fluidity. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Razmos - 2014-11-28 http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/gaming/news/a613161/super-smash-bros-stock-shortages-reported-in-the-uk.html#~oWWg52DV3gfwas Quote:Super Smash Bros is reportedly in short supply throughout the UK.Goddamn, it's a bad time to be a Nintendo fan in Europe. Pokemon was a week later than the rest of the world, Smash was a week later even after being pushed forward, Amiibo's delayed. No wonder we get all the special editions when we get messed around like this
Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Remoir - 2014-11-28 Hmm Shopto sent me my copy yesterday and i preordered really late o.o.. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Zerard - 2014-11-30 Something bizarre: someone had already used my PIN that came with smash. How even. It was bought new, still in the plastic Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Hypermug - 2014-11-30 I simply cannot get even close to beating the last event for 2 players (On Hard).
Spoiler
I'm assuming the event is the same for solo mode. Any tips? Super Smash Bros. Go back in there and peach them out. In fact, I implore you to never buy from that pomegranate hole again. What a scummy company, I've heard of them doing this but this is 100% proof right here. Absolutely ridiculous. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Arrol - 2014-12-01 Justin Wrote:Lmao I was afraid of that. They bought your copy, resealed it, and sold it as new. I believe so, but it'd probably require more evidence than what he has available to him. Although I guess if he could get a hold of nintendo support they could tell him when the code was redeemed and compare that with his purchase receipt or bank statement. If the dates don't match up, bam. There's undeniable proof. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Dark Link - 2014-12-01 Guess it's a good thing I got my bundle from Best Buy, but I'll never know if my PIN was used as well until after Club Nintendo resets in July. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Link - 2014-12-02 Still scouring the planet for a Marth Amiibo at retail price... Right now, on Amazon, they're going anywhere between $48 to $1,000 depending on the seller. lmao Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Frostilyte - 2014-12-02 Speaking of amiibo and retail... Not a single store in my city is even carrying Marth, Wii Fit Trainer and Villager. About half of the major retailers don't even have them as a product on their site when 'amiibo' is searched and of the ones that do they all return out of stock for my city as well as for all major cities within a 4 hour drive. :f6: For context I live in one of the 'smaller' cities in the most densely populated area of Ontario. Edit: I shall not double post! Wii U errors in relation to smash U Online play Worth a read if you've been playing online... Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Zerard - 2014-12-02 Apparently, that error has been around for awhile. http://www.reddit.com/r/smashbros/comments/2o2ems/error_1600103_its_not_smash/ |
