If I could have gone back and done it differently I probably would have drank more water. Anything to keep your body hydrated. Lots of lotion too!

1. Went against everything I said I'd never do when in life. Felt okay/good but I feel terrible now.

2. Because of #1, I felt lonely cuz I wanted to hug/cuddle with someone.

3. Tuesday sucked! So much s'hit...and Thursday will be worse. Wonderful...

4. Went swimming (lolcan'tswim) today at a friend's house. The water was cold as F'UCK! Didn't stay cuz my mom wanted me home...

Friends came over, bought pizza with my own money and expects to get it back on Saturday, watched a movie about viruses, thumb hurts now because I spammed the joystick of my controller, and ended it with a Happy Birthday to my friend.

Rolleyes

Honestly in my opinion it won't make much difference, though people don't get enough water daily anyways, so increase yours for that reason alone, if any. Like Alley said, lotion in general will help if other areas of your body begin to dry out dramatically (Aquaphor also makes a general body lotion).

I'm probably not the best for anecdotal advice because I was only on Accutane for 4 months, from May through September, and so the summer weather really helped keep my skin from getting ridiculous, as I'd imagine it would for some in dry, cold weather. Just be conscientious about how your body reacts in whatever climate you're in and respond accordingly.

I had coffee with my cute boy during my lunch break, I'm not sure if I could consider him my "boyfriend" yet. We walked out of the store holding hands and to starbucks hand in hand and people gave us looks. Whatever Texas I will hold his hand whenever the pineapple I want.

How was your day? - Fiel - 2012-07-05

Been exercising 30 minutes a day for the past three weeks.

My goodness do I feel amazing.

EDIT:

Since I started dieting:
- Down 12% of my bodyweight
- BMI has dropped by 6 points
- Blood pressure is no longer elevated
- Resting pulse rate is now between 60 - 65

I pretty much each red meats, veggies, and chicken. I really should eat more fruit. Hmmm.

Other than that, it was a boring 4th Of July due to fireworks ban. Hurray.

Yesterday and today have brought me an understanding of what it means to "drip sweat out of every pore" that I've never had in my life. Set a new distance biking record yesterday at 38 miles. Began week 5 of c25k today. Both days just shy of 100 degrees plus humidity (Michigan).

Or: how I learned to stop worrying about sweat and start jogging to Andrew W.K.

pomegranate. You must be cheating. D:
What've you been doing? I've really gotta recommend c25k and I'm also about to start courses of crunches and push-ups inspired by that plan.

Cut the red meats and focus on super lean white meat and fish alone (lean turkey breast, chicken, like any fish practically but especially salmon for the omega-3s), and yes, eat fruit, and you're pretty much set. Dairy would be good if it's lowfat and higher protein - think 1% milk and 1% greek yogurt - as it's still the best place to get your calcium and Vitamin D fix while the protein keeps you fuller longer (like those lean white meats).

I've just been walking quickly. There's a circuit outside my house with uphills and downhills, so I can do interval training just by walking.

I've also been dieting for 3 months now, not 3 weeks. It also helps I'm a lardass so I lose weight faster.
