His Spinning Axe is pretty cool.
However, I see that the mechanics of Spinning Axe ensure that players will have to choose between proper positioning and catching axes for enhanced auto attacks in certain situations, notably teamfights.Also, dat ult. Looks like its a global-range ult. Fun fun.
Note: Draven has a passive similar to Draven's Hemorrhage passive (physical damage DoT is the similarity, but mechanics are different). But then again, Draven is brothers with Darius, so not surprised.

There's been a couple videos running around and a couple things can be confirmed.
The Ult is indeed Global. It goes on indefinitely until it either hits a champion or it hits the end of the map.
An opposing Draven can "steal" your Spinning Axe
EDIT: Draven patch got delayed 24 hours due to "Critical issues", which apparently includes being "locked out" of the client and unable to log in.
