Got rolledback cause apparently a couple ch's in Scania crashed...
Glad I stayed up to participate in Stage 2.

Assuming you don't already have a town scroll.... After you get the crystanol from the jump quest, DO NOT let the aliens catch you on your way back to the portal. Sure, letting them catch you may be faster... But they take away your Crystanol fragment in the process, and you'll have to do the Jump Quest again!

There is no "low medal problem". The amount of Medals you get is based on your level. You can't expect them to fill up your inventory with Medals, anyways. This is really good equipment you can be making, it's understandable to get a low amount of Medals so that you can only afford 2-4 Cores a day (not including the massive amount you get at the very beginning).
I'm level 100, from the beginning quest, I got 840 Medals. From the faming quest, I got 8 Medals. From the 4 OSSS quests that you have to complete, then complete the final quest with the requirement of finishing all the other 4, I got 40 each time, since it's repeatable 3 times a day. I don't know what I get from the "Do a PQ!" quest, since I haven't yet.
Right off the bat I was able to make all 4 parts +4, and doing the 4 repeat quests twice got me enough to do 2 more cores on two pieces of the armor, so I have 2 +4, and 2 +5. So each day I'll be able to afford approximately 2-3, depending on what I can get from the PQ and how many I net from the Timer thing. Once you get all pieces of the armor to +12, though, you don't have to scroll them all evenly anymore and you can focus on whatever piece you want.
I'm quite content. On my way to +30 DEX overall and +12 STR shoes. Don't care much for the helmet or gloves.

If you were doing it on your level 130 character, as listed in your profile thingy, then I do believe it requires you to scroll each piece 12 times for them to change, since you're 120+. I may be mistaken on this, though.

Stage 2 is great for lower leveled characters since those aliens give so much EXP.
My Lv.16 went to Lv.20 in a few minutes.

Lol oops. Then again I cant even use my weapon without my regular gear. Do we need to have a full set on to kill it or is it enough with just one piece?

Can't be known at the moment since no one got to him in Tespia. However the armor have a 4 set bonus on it for protecting you from damage in the cube, plus there was a notice saying you better have your full armor ready for stage 3 somewhere around here.

K. well 12 luk x 4 wont do much. Not even a fully scrolled set would do a world of difference. I guess I'll keep adding INT for the hell of it.

Two things I really dislike about this event.
1. I dont have enough room for the 4 equips as my equip invent is full of untradeable items.
2. I dont have room in my etc invent for all the mission certificates as it is full as well.
I dont think I'll bother with this...

this doesn't bother me, since i have a lot of free slots.
What bothers me is that i have to do the quests everyday, or all the time to get the medal to upgrade the visitor armor. And i have been busy playing starcraft2

Psst. The more upgrades your armor has the less damage you take from aliens, the more your armor you equip and adds to your main stat the more damage you will deal. Pass it along.

Even if you could it's not worth it seeing as how the Bing/Visitor equipment is Lv.0, you wouldn't get any sort of worthwhile bonus at all.

Sweet @ got my Overall to +7, and it transformed.
Hopefully this means the others will transform at +7 too, since the rest of them are all at +6....still a bit of a long way before it surpasses my +13 INT Sauna.

This is a theory that might be completely wrong so don't read too much into it.
As I have noticed the more you upgrade your armor the less damage you take and the more you deal out. And since you need all four apparently avoid damage while inside the cube and from the boss it's also possible that the armor will affect the damage you deal to the boss. And since you only deal more damage when the armor has your main stat on it this could mean everyone who is scrolling for int (except mages) could be screwed when it comes to the boss.
Of course this is nothing more than a theory.
