Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Dark Link - 2014-10-07 Not sure how known this is. http://store.nintendo.co.uk/wii-u-accessories/gamecube-controller-adapter-for-wii-u/11028551.html Quote:Connect your GameCube controller to your Wii or Wii U console. Compatible with all games supported by the Wii Classic Controller, Wii Classic Controller Pro and Wii U Pro Controller. One gamecube controller to rule them all. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Polantaris - 2014-10-08 Finally stopped being lazy and went online post-NA launch. The Little Macs....there's too many Little Macs. They're everywhere. I just had a Little Mac, Little Mac, Little Mac, Dr Mario (me) FFA....ugh. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - KhainiWest - 2014-10-08 Polantaris Wrote:Finally stopped being lazy and went online post-NA launch. I typically play with King DDD/Lucina/Marth/Dr Mario Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Lozmaster - 2014-10-08 Dark Link Wrote:Not sure how known this is. Nope. That wasn't right. This is what happens when you have a third party running the "official" nintendo store =_=. Gamecube is for smash and smash only. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Arrol - 2014-10-08 Lozmaster Wrote:Nope. That wasn't right. This is what happens when you have a third party running the "official" nintendo store =_=. Well that blows, why would I want it now? Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Kirov - 2014-10-08 It would have been cool if it did work with other things but i never expected it too. I already have gamecube controllers anyway so buying an adaptor just for smash isn't a problem. ![]() This new plate looks pretty awesome. Better than the actual special edition. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Loose - 2014-10-08 Went online for the first this morning. I fought about 5 different Rosalinas, a Samus and a Donkey Kong. : | Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - DustinxD - 2014-10-08 Loose Wrote:Went online for the first this morning. At least you didn't run into a swarm of Little Macs. I seem to run into them about 70-80% of the time.I've done quite a lot of online matches now (all 1vs1 except for cases on friend lists), probably over a 100 or so now and my win rate is about 60% currently but I am improving. For me, it seems projectiles are a bit of a problem; I can handle counters decently and everything else pretty well and I can juggle and that too. Yoshi is surprisingly good though sometimes I trigger his egg roll rather than throwing an egg. :x Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Hypermug - 2014-10-08 DustinxD Wrote:At least you didn't run into a swarm of Little Macs.Little Mac can go to hell. I was incredibly happy to run into a Fox out of all people today. From what it seems though, if you can pick a "lesser played" character (plenty to choose from) and learn them inside and out, you'll fair well online since people won't know how to deal with them. Also, yeah. I used rest instead of pound with Jiggly earlier and suicided -_- God knows I can't wait for the wii u version. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Frostilyte - 2014-10-09 Razmos Wrote:2 damn weeks after the US? Nintendo what the pineapple are you doing? I'm thinking they want to capitalize on Black Friday sales in the United States. Doesn't need to be discounted...people will still kill each other for copies of it because that is the only way to do Black Friday properly. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Polantaris - 2014-10-09 Had a team battle against two Charizards earlier today. All they did was take turns using the flame charge on an Omega map. It was impossible to do a single thing because it has massive priority over like everything. Almost feels like that's his only useful ability now too. Super Smash Bros. Also just dodge, it's really easy to avoid. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Justin - 2014-10-09 Polantaris Wrote:Had a team battle against two Charizards earlier today. It's extremely predictable. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - GraveJokerR - 2014-10-09 Well, I see in the challenges window that I have to beat Classic on 9.0 intensity. ... I think that's gonna take a while for me. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - FangelXIII - 2014-10-09 I just went Ganondorf when I had to do 9.0. He just demolishes everything and deals out damage too quick to get knocked out in the Master Core fight. Plus it feels really neat to destroy the final core with Warlock Punch. Super Smash Bros. Flare Blitz, and it you should have been able to counter or avoid that after they start spamming it, not to mention it just makes them easier to kill each time it misses.FangelXIII ; Super Smash Bros. Just stay far away from him and chip away with projectiles then grab and toss him off. Being a Jigglypuff main, I can tell you that killing Mac is as easy as justbacktossing and landing one nair/bair, even if he's at 0%. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Razmos - 2014-10-10

Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Lisak - 2014-10-12 Sakurai on Clone Characters: "This is like a free dessert after a luxurious meal that was prepared free of charge. In a restaurant with this type of service, I don’t think there’s anybody who would say, 'Change this to a meat dish!!' Yet, I’m told [to do that] about Smash Bros. But, I guess since a lot of them are children, it cannot be helped." http://nintendoeverything.com/sakurai-on-the-clone-characters-in-smash-bros-wii-u3ds/ |
