I'm all for partying and group bossing, but I really dont think you can justify cht's glitch.
Organizing 12 people into a run, killing the entire boss in 5-10 minutes, and then sitting in the cave for an hour IS NOT teamwork.

But we always know 1-2 people are going to dc...so it's not horrible.
For someone like me who's pretty lazy to merch and relies on mostly bossing income, I'm fine with the splits. Kill cht, and just afk till the timer is up. I have no problem with it o.o

There's no way to be certain, but if it were a glitch (and one they intended to fix with justice), I would think they would mention it on the list of "glitches to be fixed" (http://maplestory.nexon.net/News/Events.aspx?boardNo=106&contentNo=00E10&pageIndex=1) like the horntail sign-up glitches.

I'm pretty sure this is included in the horntail sign up thing.
I'm 100% sure KMS's cht works normally(drops on solo), but who knows.
Also, I don't think CHT gets instanced, so maybe it won't be fixed.

KMS's CHT works fine.
And IIRC CHT does get instanced.

The CHT bug is a bad copy & paste job from MSEA. We got the bug along with the sign up list glitch after MSEA implemented their ht/cht anti-hacking measure.

we were getting pendants for our alliance
tbh no one in this server actually goes out to CHT for profit now unless I'm missing something (it's just our alliance and someone else's).
it's a really stupid glitch but we have to live with it.
i'm the kind who doesn't really merch and gets all my money from boss drops instead, and none of that includes CHT. people will have to bring in mules if they want to sell them
we go in with 12 and hopefully nobody disconnects. last time we tried with 10 someone inexplicably crashed halfway through
