Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Polantaris - 2014-09-20 Worthyness Wrote:I keep seeing streams of Little Mac. Dude is crazy strong if he doesn't get knocked in the air. He's probably the one character that I'm most interested in playing right now. Little Mac's complete lack of an air game makes for a pretty interesting character concept, especially in Smash where a lot of the game is in the air. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - ShinkuDragon - 2014-09-20 Polantaris Wrote:I never really liked Castle Siege (In Brawl). It's an alright map. seconded, the random stage changes bothered me. I'm not a fan. It's better than some maps, like the DK map with the river (I think it's Jungle Japes, but I've never, ever, been good with names). For the life of me I don't know why that's still in Smash, that map is SD hell. Super Smash Bros. It has a pretty similar atmosphere to Castle Siege, to be honest, and I've never really played KI so I didn't realize it was a KI map until I looked at it in the Stage Select. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Mazz - 2014-09-20 Just a heads up since it wasn't posted here already, Danny created the thread and sign ups for the Southperry Smash 3DS tournament are open: http://www.southperry.net/showthread.php?t=75223&title=Smash%203DS%20Tournament%20Sign-Up It's posted in the forum games section so people might miss it, I imagine everyone interested will see it here or there though. I'm looking forward to it!

I once saw a video of a Little Mac player who didn't jump at all in For Glory and he pretty much dominated. It was entertaining to watch. Polantaris Wrote:Yeah, the new FE map in the 3DS version does it too. I'm not a fan. The map's in smash because it has a nice split platform. It's a unique stage in that manner. It's typically counterpick in tournaments. I hope there are a decent amount of participants. I know some people here expressed interest, so I hope they follow through. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Zerard - 2014-09-20 I hope one of the participants has a 3DS capture card. That'd be the best. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Link - 2014-09-20 I'd love to participate, just for shits and giggles, but I don't think I'll have the time, considering I work most days 2pm ~ 10pm. Depending on when these battles go down and how they're regulated, I don't think I can join. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Razmos - 2014-09-20 Played the demo with my boyfriend earlier. I totally kicked his ass on Brawl but he beat me every time on the demo. ![]() Good thing i'm getting the Wii U version then! Super Smash Bros. Depending on when these battles go down and how they're regulated, I don't think I can join. The idea is to allow freedom in when the matches are done. The scenario in my mind is as follows: 1. I post the current match up. I say when I expect results. 2. Users participating message each other for what would be a good time. 3. They report results to me. This is because I know some people are working and don't have free time 24/7 so I want extreme leisure w.r.t. when matches take place. Super Smash Bros. If the release date is anywhere close to Black Friday, I'm really hoping that there's a Smash 4 bundle with a Wii U so I don't have to pay like $400 for that and the controller converter. Here are the results for Conquest mode for players in Japan that are playing the Japanese 3DS version. Their next challenge is to battle each other with fighters they've trained up and fighters made of metal!! Friendly reminder to sign up for the tourney. Also, 11 days until Smash 4 releases in North America and Europe. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - KhainiWest - 2014-09-22
