Dem Teemo nerfs!

These changes are pretty much targeted at high elo play, where coordinated split-push Teemo is too good at split-pushing without risk. Other play levels will likely find Teemo pretty similar to his live status now.

The AP coefficient bug fix is actually about a .2 AP ratio buff on him. This evens out the lower base damage on mushrooms.

Increase on Mushroom Reload time is so that his mushrooms are a little less carpet-bomb effect, which is cornering off entire quadrants of the map as inaccessible by the enemy team while split pushing. Move Quick is mainly to stop chaining it multiple times in single chases. We thought it was better to limit the cooldown and total mobility rather than the in-combat use, which is one of the ways Teemo can survive real fights.

We don't forsee more being done to Teemo than this, as it should retain his combat ability while let him remain effective at map control and split-pushing (just not quite -as- effective).

@ Bolded: That's gonna limit the effectiveness of Teemo's map control, especially players who plays AP Teemo. :\

Played an amazing game with Lux today. (12/1/10) Biggrin They ordered me to 1vs2 at bottom and I was still destroying them both. I love snaring them at my turret, killing all the creeps in one fell swoop with lucent singularity. Then when I outfarmed then and reached lvl 6 earlier a combo of q,e,r and they're dead. Not to mention lasering them when they think they're safe behind their little turret. And after all that the team fights start which Lux just excels at. Most of the time I get 4-5 in my ulti, and proceed to kill 1-2 with q and e and keep my team alive at the same time with w. I also bought my third champion Annie today, which I kinda don't know what to exactly say about since I did 11/4/16 and 1/7/3 with her. Anyone know how to control that damned bear?

I just got out of a game where my bot lane partner, Renekton, counter jungled the opposing WW TWICE early game. He netted First Blood as well. Pretty freaking insane...

Also, FREAKING WRIGGLES! The Lifesteal on that thing is too beast, kinda funny they're buffing that portion of the item. I got 2-3 kills due to the lifesteal on it, lets me tank minions like a boss when taking on enemy champs.

@WillDaSnail on Teemo nerfs, they're meant to stop backdoor Teemo. That was frankly one of my main complaints: untouchable Teemo. For the most part, if his team isn't losing by at least 30%, he can farm in safety, grab jungle buffs in safety, push in safety, etc. in safety. It takes considerable resources and/or the correct champion and spell combinations to stop him once he gets snowballing. And if your team can't win teamfights without the 5th man dedicated to stopping Teemo, you're kinda screwed if you don't have an alternate strategy.

Because the lifesteal currently works off of the 500 bonus damage done to minions. That's just freakin' crazy if all you do is fight minions and jungle creeps all day.

The nerfs to Wriggles will disallow that kind of RNG lifesteal.

 Another epic game

So for this game, I decided to go jungle Rammus. To make things short for early game phase, we were not doing so well. Before minion creeps spawned, I was the target for counter-jungling since I was jungling. After losing a teammate or two who were protecting me, I was able to jungle (its still tough for me, but I probably need to see what I'm doing wrong) yet I didn't do so well at first. Had a few bad ganks, one which ended in a burning death from Annie. :\

Mid game, the other team starts pushing. It looked like we were screwed. However, we pushed back; I got a couple under the tower, and another simply by chasing one down. Had a 4 kill streak before that was broken when I got killed a bit later.

Late game, we had the handle on the game, except we were being cautious as the other team was still capable of turning the tide. We got Baron twice, and did what we could so to not get many of us killed at once. At this point, I had all of my items, and I was pretty much indestructible: 330+ Armor, 198 MR (factoring in Curl, I had an astonishing 450+ Armor and 300+ MR). I decided to throw in an Atma's Impaler since 1) Armor and my high HP adds a lot to my att points due to Atma's Unique passive effect; 2) Since I had all of the tanking items I need, I just decided to see how deadly Atma was when I initiated and pounded away at my targets.

At the end, we won. Hard fought victory.

To move or attack with your bear, you hold down Alt and click on someone/somewhere. Has a decent range, but after a certain point he'll warp back to you. The same applies to Mordekaiser's enslaved ghosts if you ever play him.

As for the Teemo nerfs, well they suck for AP Teemo, but I'll still play him. Might just mean I have to go for a bit higher CD Reduction, or a bit earlier CD Reduction.

Was 9-0-0 mid-game (hella fed, had quite a few Feast kills), but we still lost. What was a great Cho'Gath game for me turns into a slump. >_>

Yeah, I know the original nerfs to it is to make junglers less stupid good while still keeping its design for laners. Of course I've only been using it for a few games now, so I'm still not used to how good it actually is for Xin and other laners.
