Potential is allowed in PvP, and according to Leafre, Phantom, Slayers and Bishops are quite OP in the new PvP.

Sorry for the wait, there's a time limit on PvP in kMS, ya know. Anyway, here ya go. Doesn't look like your PvP HP is based on your HP outside.

My Phantom, the one with 1.12m HP from above, also only has 7k HP, with Misfortune Protection (+30% HP), the orange buff, while my DK is close to 9k without HB.

10m HP means nothing if you'll have funded players killing you in 3 hits.
