That is a very unfortunate restriction, removes a lot of your voice as a townie. Although it could be to compensate for an awesome power? Would make sense, balance out no voting with a kickass power?

As it descended to the ground in front of the Soul Container, you grudgingly put an end to the day's discussion and some of you pushed Liable into the ring. Despite his protests that he cared deeply about the Town and was working on a way to help it, you all stood strong and made sure that he did not leave the ring.
He disappeared in a flash of light, the ring disappearing with him. Oh no, I kinda expected this to happen, since Shidoshi is one of the most vocal players in the game.
This somehow seems like a result from a previous game, where Yoshi died in Night 1 as he was very vocal.

Back to topic, I guess TheBirds has one of the highest suspicions once more, to me. He voted last-minute, and was not active throughout the day. Sega would be a second option, as he, like TheBirds, was not active. Heck, he even made us feel like he's anti-Town for some reason. I can't vote today, as usual, but I guess TheBirds or Sega would be the one we're looking for.

I'm pretty sure it was supposed to expose people's rules, put it is possible there are some loopholes or something that could have been discovered.

It's a wonky description but I'm guessing his powers were specifically designed to counter another (mafia?) power. The "glitches" could be anything that interferes with another's powers (tailor, role block) or powers that directly impact the game (events?).
Based on yesterday's events, it shouldn't be too difficult to guess mafia targets.

Since we are in a digital world, bugs are mostly likely errors unintended but happen anyways. Like how something should target 1 person but instead targets 2 or targets a different person then what the user intended is my guess.
