I'm just going to say this once: You are making baseless assumptions about players when you say that a large number of players who have spent hundreds if not thousands on their accounts are going to decide to hack/glitch all at once for laughs when they are perfectly aware that they might get banned.
And yes, I'm aware that some have spent thousands and still hacked. That's in a different category, don't lump them in with these other people.

It's spelled 'Evidence' and no, they do not have it because you can't provide evidence when someone got banned because they lagged/did something otherwise suspicious but legitimate such as levelling within the means provided by the company itself.

Your argument was what if there were 50 innocent and 50 guilty.
That means 50 would have no reason to be banned, therefore nothing would come up in the case by case review...

Have you read ANYTHING that is going on in these threads? That is exactly what all of this pomegranate is about; EVIDENCE. There has been a lot of weird pomegranate going on within the game lately, and there is absolutely no plausible way that in one period they banned more than 3 to 4 times the regular amount of players, and it was all justified. There wasn't even a mass exploit or hack around at the time. There were far more people banned during that single period than there even were during the beginner exploit. How does this not make sirens go off in your head?
All of this is about Nexon actually showing the players the evidence they rightfully deserve to be shown. These players have put years and years of their lives and money into this game, and have nothing to show for it now other than a login screen with a blue chat box telling them to back off. For doing nothing but simply being logged in, in some cases.
You need to get rid of that guilty until proven innocent mindset. You seriously do. When you are on the receiving end of this problem, I can bet you no one will give you the benefit of the doubt for it.

False bans are almost never lifted. There was a huge thread on the Nexon forum of people with the strange 30-days bans with no ban message, and only a single person posted that they had been released before the 30 days was over, even after Nexon stated that the autoban system had been adjusted and 'numerous players' had been unbanned. And no, I do not think all the people in that thread were lying, because I was one of them. I think Nexon is lying, both about the investigating and the unbanning.
Anyone with internet that is slow or prone to dropouts is at severe risk of getting automatically banned for 30 days or permanently. Why can you guys not admit that, and do something about it?
I have barely played since my ban ended, because I fear getting another 30-day ban or worse, permanent, the next time I lag while training during a 2x event.

I didn't ask for him to be unbanned, I tried to suggest that a temporary ban over a permanent would be a better solution and would not fully break your policies. I dont see why everyone is trying to go against nexon regarding this tyler person situation. They already invested more time than usual to his case seeing that he is so special. He already got special treatment and he shouldn't get anymore. Nexon actually went out of their way to post about his issue unlike others who have been banned. For all we know he might get unban and this whole issue will be swept under the rug.
Also how is he such a community changer in maple again? Is he giving life changing speeches to hackers so they dont hack? Can someone tell me how he has had a big impact on YOUR maple life.

It's horrible. They broke it months ago and nobody has even been able to PvP since, although it was fun (but not as fun as the pre-revamped PvP) to an extent.
Also, if you were banned under the same circumstances as them, how come your ban hasn't been lifted in the months you've been gone. What about all that evidence on various forums against your brother and you? Most of, if not all, of the bans in this thread are unjust ones. I know quite a few of these people (some personally, others through friends and just seeing them around in game/forums) and know they wouldn't do anything to compromise their account due to the thousands upon thousands of dollars they've spent over the years. Like Girasol said, if your ban was unjust, you'd be unbanned by now, given how long it's been since you were banned.
One last thing, unrelated to what I quoted now. One of my friends who was recently permanently banned with no chance of getting his account back, due to Skelorm closing his tickets and telling him to stop submitting them accidentally charged a 10k NX card to his account. The result? Nexon unbanned him. It went from no chance of being unbanned to "HEY WE LOOKED THROUGH STUFF AND YOU ACTUALLY DID NOTHING WRONG" basically. If you've got $10 to possibly waste, you could give it a try...
