It was always beneficial for multiple targets if you don't cancel your Arrow Platter to use it. Single target it's more or less equivalent to not using it.

It never ceases to amuse me how broken Spiral Vortex would be if you could stack 9 monsters on top of each other.

Advanced Strike Dualshot is used for 2~8. 9+ uses Rolling Moonsault or Double LT.

They buffed Lightning Edge's damage buff duration to Ring of Ishtar. Now, if you have 0% boss, it'll let you do the same DPS as if you never used it to begin with. Hooray. Maybe it's really a multiplier or something.

there are questions about the number of hits for bowmaster; using turret+blaster+quiver and why bm have less hits per second compared to a phantom using stolen blaster.

can you give clarity to the single-target difference?

Magic Arrows proc rate is 30%, Carte Noir's proc rate is based on the Phantom's critical rate (100% chance to appear on a critical hit), which should always be greater than or equal to 65% on a 198+ Phantom.

I've found a bug that was adding the hits twice for stolen blaster.

So one thing I've noticed is that the secondary hits from spiral vortex actually don't kick in until you stop holding down the button (similar situation to kaiser's 4th job AOE). So presumable while bossing, you'd never let go of the button meaning your DPS shouldn't take that part into account.

I never noticed this on KMS. Could be a GMS bug.

It's very noticeable in Evo world with 20x hp cores. after being hit i try to readjust myself and that's when the secondary hits all kick in at once. And since i have my back to mobs they move towards me. Oh well, gms bug it is.

To above: (not going to bother tagging someone replaying an old post) No, even with v150 it's not worthwhile casting it just for the sake of the RoI boost. It's just a convenience to not lose all the damage by repositioning yourself.
