Tespia v.99 Thread - Marksman Bryan - 2011-06-16 HighOnMushrooms Wrote:Nope. The heart stones always fail (since they have no ores to give). It's just to get ore fragments, item pots, and item pot items. Same for the golden flower and herbalism What do item pot items do and what do item pots give when fully grown? o.O Is there an in-depth guide on all this stuff somewhere? I can't find anything on it in that profession guide. Tespia v.99 Thread - Stereo - 2011-06-16 Alilatias Wrote:Crap, I think channel 6 just crashed. Tried going back in to be met with a 'Character ID already logged in' notice. Might be locked out for the rest of the session. I'm stuck on CH6 too... sigh. I'm curious about an item pot guide too... the UI is pretty confusing, all I know is that they gain 1 Closeness no matter what I feed them, but only every 10 minutes, plus some fullness any time they're fed, they get sick a lot, if you don't feed them for a while they lose fullness, and if fullness maxes out they fall asleep for a day. If you do have to wait 10000 minutes to get one maxed, and being online that whole time, that's kinda sucky >_> Tespia v.99 Thread - Alilatias - 2011-06-16 Stereo Wrote:I'm stuck on CH6 too... sigh. When I mined/dug up some ores and herbs outside of the profession village, I sometimes got these item pot accessories or something that I could place in one of the three item pot slots in our inventory. The accessories ranged from things such as: - Putting the imps to sleep for an additional three days (probably for people who knew that they weren't going to be able to play Maple for a short while) - Allowing us to continue shoving some food down their throats and still gain closeness until they go to sleep - Something that says that it feeds our imp for us, although I haven't used it yet to see how it really works. I have to note that I only got one of these while I got like three or four of the others. A lot of them mention giving their effects to the pot immediately to the right or left of whichever slot they are placed in, so I think that it's best to keep the middle slot empty for things like this. (My USE and ETC inventory space is going to cry once this makes it to the live servers...) Tespia v.99 Thread - Stereo - 2011-06-16 Alilatias Wrote:(My USE and ETC inventory space is going to cry once this makes it to the live servers...) Yeah... I already have only about 4 rows on my paladin and 2 on my NL (due to untradeable/quest etc.) so It's gonna be a little crowded if I do mining. Still thinking about which character to put each profession onto. I might go equip/accessory forging on my NL, herbs/alchemy on my Paladin, and mining on a few mules. With the free training rooms, I could just leave the mules in profession town and take each through different rooms. Tespia v.99 Thread - HighOnMushrooms - 2011-06-16 Marksman Bryan Wrote:What do item pot items do and what do item pots give when fully grown? o.O There's like 4 item pot items (alarm clock - wakes up item pot in 30 mins, rice cake - automatically feeds your item pot, music box - makes your item pot sleep longer, heart bowl - increases item pot happiness when fed even if it normally wouldn't be happy). And the item pot at the final level turns into a use item that you can double click for a prize. There's stuff like more efficient shovels/pickaxes and bags with more slots. The prize you get depends on the happiness level of your item pot! Tespia v.99 Thread - Stereo - 2011-06-16 Okay, if the reward depends on the happiness... then how does it level up? I'd figured you just need to max out closeness and it would level up. Cause mine are lv.1 with 15-20 closeness before I got stuck logged off. Tespia v.99 Thread - Chicocl - 2011-06-16 Well i have to say that i am testing aran and it is going all in a wrong way, well lets keep it simple: 1)no skillbooks/clothes 2)Every hotkey combination is messed up for example i cant use combo judgement sometimes but it uses rolling spin 3) Swift move Aka Sudden Strike, just destroy aran basic moves like complete swing>rush>swing>rush or final toss, because you cant use them inmedeatly to the move you have to use a new combination which is very weird to me. At 100, it sleeps for 21 hours and then when it wakes up it is the next level. Tespia v.99 Thread - PirateIzzy - 2011-06-16 By the way, someone add me to Chinchilla on HolyMecherel.
