question about certain speed if a class has a attack speed of example battlemage 990ms on the finishing blow
and use a slow staff (8) would he get slower or he stay the same?
the new ms is 1,140 ms? or it just 990 ms? lolz.......

For a Hero, a sword and an axe, both Normal ATT Speed and both 2 handed, will there be any difference between them?

There is no difference other than preference. They're both Normal(6) and they both have the same weapon modifier.

Just to add on, sword is obviously more expensive, and will have a better resell value. If it's strictly personal use, I'd say go axe, but that's from a broke POV.
