I need like 2 more attack imps on my Mifune to kill the metal gods, but I'll wait for 7* Kikuri since I don't have that HR 26 sphere. Not sure how I feel about random rules. The extra points will be nice, but I'll have to redo my team a bit. The GGC doesn't seem all that threatening since we have plenty of 7*. Sefia's and Kikuri's respective spheres come from the easy dungeons anyways. From what I've read you need to do 32k before any multipliers to break their defense stat, so it depends on your sphere choice and lead (and damage variance I assume). 32000 / (1 + 8 + x) For me currently x is .95 from 6* Kikuri, Atro's Sphere, and Heresy orb, so I'd need over 3216 attack. Currently I have 3192, so just a few more imps needed. You need more than 3265 attack if you want to use that HR26 sphere. Diana, Kanon, Feeva, Ivris, and Aaron? The standard setups were usually Feeva + Grah leads, Selena, Mitigator, ATK Debuffer, *Freebie*. The point is people can build teams that are significantly bulkier than the teams used when the trial released in JP. Kanon's defense buff is a big step up from Atro or Zelban. Fadahl is a better injury/attack down unit than Ragshelm. Ivris is a step up from the other healers with her ES and UBB. Aaron UBB can help tank through the LS removal turns. We're at the point where any 6* they used can be replaced with a 7* with about 500 more HP and defense before spheres. The problem with wicked blade is BC gen (and I don't have one T.T ). I guess Lexida + BC drop on Kik would help a lot. While true, I don't know if anything can be bulkier than dual 6* Grah. Flat 70% across the board + 30% Light and Dark damage reduction. If anything the newer 7* will make things slightly easier, but not lots. We're slowly getting to the point now where content will be designed around 7* teams. The real challenge seems to be the LS removal, though. The 7* units have a better chance of surviving without LS. And yeah, the future content will be a lot more fair. I'm looking forward to RC5, GQ, and the other GGC missions. Hmm, this guy + owen + defense buff + status clear + mit + crit. 3*(1 + .35 + . 35 + .3 + 1.4 + .7*3.4) ~ 1700% damage per normal attack for units with about equal attack and defense as well as insane BC and HC gen on a single target... Should be pretty easy to squeeze in elemental weakness, HoT, defense ignore and/or emergency BC filling effects given all the units with multiple roles. The best part is a team wouldn't even need to focus on this strategy: you can just pop Ark's BB and proceed to nuke single targets when necessary. Brave Frontier - Dark Link - 2015-05-28 Ark is stupidly strong. I have to imagine his trial will be even more ridiculously stupid. Karl's EX Trial is already a massive RNG pineapplefest. EDIT: Sefia hits like a super truck on her level 1 stage. Not even mitigation did jack lol. Wiped @ ~20% on level 3. They hit so fucking hard it's stupid. Thankfully Japan just finished maintenance. Something to keep my sanity. Brave Frontier - xlxlxlxl - 2015-05-28 Sef + Kik trial has a pretty hefty amount of BC drop resistance. Double Kanon is overkill on hp and isn't working for BC management. I'm gonna give it another go with Rosetta. Rec down also makes an appearance. 1st attempt team was Kanon (Lead), Kanon (Friend), Feeva, Ardin, Fadahl, Shera. I'm gonna try and get a Rosetta friend and replace Ardin with Yujeh since his Rec is too low to heal consistently and the HoT will be useful. Everyone is anima save for Kanon, so hopefully they'll survive. 9000+ hp per unit. Aww, this buff stealing is unfair. I'm gonna have to bring 5 revives. Also, at some point they said a thing about teamwork and sparked their AOE... not cool... Brave Frontier - CakesXD - 2015-05-28 SO SATISFYING ![]() Kanon lead and Feeva friend. Second try. First try I went in with Tazer instead of Zedus, he kept getting targeted and dying, and I wanted another ATK down debuffer. Wanted to quit halfway due to lots of RNG bullcrap (Ragshelm died in the first stage, Shera died twice (buff removal is stupid ;_ ), but it turned out well.
Brave Frontier - Dark Link - 2015-05-29 My first attempt is still my best so far. I've tried a couple other leader setups and they've all failed pretty hard. Some salt inducing runs included three units dying first battle, Sefia one shotting my full HP Feeva through mitigation, without applying the "buff dispelling" special, on two different runs, and having both Kikuri and Sefia super AoE four of my units from 100-0 in one turn. It's kind of irritating that I'm stuck relying on the Feeva + Kanon combo lead to have a shot at winning since I don't actually own Kanon, Colt, or Diana myself. I forgot Diana's SBB could overwrite her UBB and missed mitigation one turn because of it. Lost 3 units... I should have used Kanon's UBB hehe. This is probably one of the few places where it's useful.
