I'm going to take a guess and say the cash shop items/clothes you get are the same as every other "Level-up event", they cannot be put on the cs.

I did think I did, but all the ones I've still got in my inventory are 2L epic or the non-potentialed weapons. I definitely got something 3 lined since the patch.

If you mean clean slates from Sengoku shop, yes they are.
If you mean inventory slots from Hot Day, you missed that (it was yesterday), and I don't think they were.

The chair/title bags are tradable until they're opened, same as ore/herb bags.
Extra inventory line coupons have always been untradeable.
