I feel like no one in this thread read the words "and it’s coming to Global MapleStory soon." I mean I have no idea why they would say soon and get everyone hyped if they really didn't plan on releasing it next month, or at least soon after.
Then again they are Nexon America.

Marketing. Any way to increase positive chatter works out for Nexon in the long run. Not everyone that plays Maplestory uses the forums to find information. There are a lot of other variables that factor into the possible name change too, but they are speculative for the most part and don't really focus on the company's bottom line.

Hmm, anyone remember when they announced the arrival of 4th job, and it was only released months later? I believe it was announced sometime in November and it arrived January. If it's anything like that, we probably still have 4-5months.

Didn't know there was 4-5 months between Nov. and Jan.
No there wasn't an announcement about people just was complaining every day all day about not having and /slit wrist when they didn't get that next patch.

I was actually thinking about it appearing in December/January. And you're sure there was no 4th job teaser that made everyone unaturally hyped. Because I remember getting my hopes up then being very disapointed.
