Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Polantaris - 2014-09-04 Evolite Wrote:They always had multiple ways to unlock characters so I wouldn't worry too much. Yeah but the Classic Mode unlocks are always ridiculous with ridiculous criteria, like the 600/700 VS battles and pomegranate like that. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Razmos - 2014-09-04 Eurghh, I've been thinking all day about the possibility of Bayonetta in smash. Her moves would translate so well to smash it's insane. Panther Form for her dodge Bird Form for her aerial recovery move her basic attack would just be punches and kicks fueled by magic, with her smash attacks being Wicked Weave versions of the same attacks (larger range, bigger launch power) Her specials would be the various different weapons she uses in the games, like the Dual Swords she uses at the start of Bayonetta 2, her down special could be her spinning on her head and shooting rockets from the Lt. Killgore rocket launchers on her legs. She could even use the bow she uses in Bayonetta 2. Her Final Smash could be her using Witch Time and slowing down time, then unleashing a bunch of attacks on all the enemies caught in it. People say she'd have to be toned down, but not much. All they have to do is make it so her attacks don't make her naked, and don't have her using any guns. (she has so many different weapons they don't even need to use the guns at all) She'd be no more toned down than Snake was. anyone saying that it would "take away" from her character is silly, because then they are implying that she is only a sexual object. She even already has so many different alt costumes that could be used, including her original one from Bayonetta and her new one in Bayonetta 2. In both costumes she actually shows LESS skin than Zero Suit Samus' alts and Shulk's alt. She would be a perfect fit so i'll be really sad if she doesn't make it in
Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Lozmaster - 2014-09-04 Man,bayonetta would be a huge waste of a third party character slot. The line of characters that deserves to be in (not to mention that smash is releasing before bayonetta even gets a game on a nintendo platform in japan) is a mile long. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Justin - 2014-09-04 Its extremely doubtful she will make it in. Her nintendo exclusive game isnt out yet, and she doesnt have the sales or fanbase to really warrant a character slot. I think shed fit in just fine but she just doesnt have the same kind of backing shulk does. Maybe she can make it into smash 5 after bayonetta 2 comes out. ( or potentially be dlc?) Super Smash Bros. Its fine to have your own character you want in, i mean id love sora from kh to be in and i think hed fit swimmingly but let's be realistic here. Its just not gonna happen. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Razmos - 2014-09-04 Super http://www.nintendo.com/eshop/offers#week01 I like the idea! I think we had a sale like this in Europe a few weeks ago, but it was shockingly bad compared to this one. Meh. It is so, so ugly having the trademark next some of the characters names, blah. I'm pretty sure Bayonetta actually outsold xenoblade by a large margin. Doesn't matter though, Nintendo is trying to make Xenoblade into a franchise and nintendo characters aren't required to be held to the same standards as third parties. Super Smash Bros. But as you said, Shulk is an actual Nintendo character so it doesn't really matter and he'd have far more weight as a potential character on the roster. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Arrol - 2014-09-04 Also, Bayonetta had just got transferred to Nintendo. Last I recall, she was a Sony/Microsoft title. I feel it's too early for her to make a Smash appearance to me. Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion - Razmos - 2014-09-04 Super Smash Bros.
