Imo, anyone who calls someone out for ksing, regardless of champions involved is a jackass and should be ignored. The team as a whole gets more gold and this is a team game, simple as that.
I guess however, running out of the jungle or something to get a last hit on the 20 hp champion you teammate is about to kill is a douche move, but even if this happens its best to just ignore it and move on.

For clarification on the first two statements, there is a kill reward pot and an assist reward pot. Your team gets more goodies in general if two people killed you instead of one. Conversely, if only one guy killed someone, the assist money and exp becomes lost. However, the rewards for the assists don't get larger if three to five people ganged up on someone. Having played as Soraka in team fights, I've noticed numbers like +13 gold popping out of dead dudes. Pathetic.
KSing is a touchy subject for some. But I would just like to add that sometimes it's good for people to KS. Case in point, last night I was Soraka managing a lane for a backing Akali, when jungle Malphite appeared and tried to attack me. I guess he didn't know how hard it really is to kill Soraka by yourself. By the time Annie from mid came, we were both low, but I just basically hugged Malphite and let Annie burn Malphite to death for his blue buff while I just kept healing.

Man i hate playing against xin. That Douche is almost unkillable in a 1vs1 and deals way too much in a Team fight with his ult :S

Looks like you fed Xin, and your team's positioning sucks. Yes, he can be tough to take on 1v1, but then again not everyone can 1v1 incredibly well. Xin just happens to be better in 1v1, but just not in lane most of the time.

He wasn't that badly fed but yes he was. 1vs1 against him is a horror, but his ult is bullshiting indeed.
And i guess my team position did indeed suck because almost all of our enemys where Mid - xin who was destroying the towers.

Same but i always play squishies so im always charged tossed and killed if i take a step too far out from turret.
Course, then i achieve nothing in the laning phase and become quite useless.

Even if Xin wasn't fed, letting him farm too much will essentially put him on the same level as being fed too much. He only has 2-3 core items before he becomes a killing menace.

He doesn't use PD o.o.. He has an aspd steroid already and if he gets an aspd item if any it will be madreds(although I personally think it's unecessary on him). Xin honestly just needs items that give attk and make him beefy.. Frozen mallet is amazing on him for example.

Phantom dancer is a pretty good item, and you don't only need one atkspeed item. Combine it with stuff like madreds (vs tanky dps) or Black Cleaver, and xin is pretty solid.
Edit: and Xin Zhao has a ton of hp, even with no hp items. Frozen mallet should be good, but you could also get stuff like GA if you're getting focused. Also, I'm pretty sure he gets mr/armor from his ult.

yah it's a good item but i wouldnt get it on xin. Black cleaver and madreds (if you even bother with madreds) is more than enough aspd especially with his steroid added in. But yeah I agree with everything else GA, BV, and Youmuu are also very good items on him. He has decent hp but I wouldn't say he has a ton of hp seeing as when i mained akali if a xin was not going pure tank I could focus him and rid of him with ease. Akali can't 1v1 high hp champs only relatively squishy ones.
