But they did get the boosted meso drop, and boosted exp, since those are server wide adjustments.

Everything drops the regular amount of mesos, but your Reboot beginner skill gives 5x meso rate.

I have done my part and there's already a reddit thread for #1 and 2 at least. Any high meso area is guaranteed to be botters swarming it and well anything remotely competitive, too, I suppose

and because they stack higher, it completely negates the need for the android because you can just extract in the field and keep training

It's always more worth it to extract 140 gear (even 130 gear).

I've seen them used in towns and in the FM, can they not be used on any map?
